Is your body tired and tired of being tired?
Are you fed up of feeling sluggish and “depleted”?
Do you want to take back control of your health?
Then my friend, we can help!
I can show you how with just a short detox programme.
A detox programme is a great way to improve your health and help you lose weight.
A detox includes a cleanse, which helps your body eliminate toxins from your system and offers an immediate boost in energy levels.
It also reduces inflammation caused by free radicals and accelerates your metabolism, allowing you to burn fat more effectively while also improving brain function.
Following a short detox programme will give your body a break from its toxic load and leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated and ready for action.
It should include all the elements of detoxing to enable your body to get rid of waste products more effectively and improve your underlying health.
CREATE A HOME HEALTH FARM
It’s also all about pampering yourself from top to toe.
A trip to a health farm can be an expensive luxury, but with a little planning you can easily create your own health farm at home where you can detox for the weekend.
WHAT SHOULD BE IN THE PROGRAMME
A programme of light eating that incorporates juices to stimulate thecleansing organs of the body, as well as giving your digestive system a rest, will serve as a good start.
Other elements might include various treatments, such as aromatherapy, massage and body scrubs, designed to help the detox process as well as making you feel and look good.
You will also need to exercise to make your body function more efficiently and to help the elimination process.
A spiritual element might incorporate meditation and visualization to help you detox your mind and induce inner harmony.

Before you start, make sure that your house is clean and tidy – or at least the rooms you will be using – so that you are not distracted by the need to do housework.
Your bedsheets should be clean and fresh, as should your nightwear/leisurewear and dressing gown.
